Celeb plastic surgery is rampant these days but it’s not as in the past where botched jobs were common and almost anyone could tell that someone got rhinoplasty or collagen injections. Currently plastic surgery is more refined and almost impossible to detect unless it was a bad plastic surgery job.

Lara Spencer: “Another News Room Speculation”
As with other news room stars, questions are bound to be asked about Lara having cosmetic surgery (see also Andrea Mitchell, Greta van Susteren and Kathie Lee Gifford).
Although, well known in the news world, there is not a lot of information about whether or not she has had plastic surgery.
A lot of celebrities live and breath plastic surgery such as Joan Rivers, and the late Michael Jackson.
But not all plastic surgery is as obvious as ‘The Cat Lady’ who’s surgeries take the concept to the ultimate extreme. So it comes as no surprise that without distinct changes such as a massive breast augmentation or face lifts it’s hard to say whether or not Lara Spencer has had plastic surgery.

There are few, if any, before and after photo’s of Lara Spencer cosmetic surgeries available online.
If she has had plastic surgery such as a tummy tuck it wouldn’t be noticeable when most shots of her are of her face and upper body or of her behind a desk.
As for the photos that are available of Lara Spencer it seems she isn’t obsessed with Botox or facelifts because she has wrinkles, such as crows feet and laugh lines, just like most women her age although the are well camouflaged under perfectly applied makeup.
Lara Spencer looks amazing for her age and if she had plastic surgery before it isn’t bad plastic surgery because of the many pictures of her online, she doesn’t have any major changes.
Most of the changes in her face could be linked to aging and or good exercise and health. No photo suggests that were found seem to suggest she’s had plastic surgery.
